GovComply connects to the ERP you already have.
The compliance layer sits above your existing system. No rip-and-replace, no data migration, no changes to your ERP configuration. GovComply reads what it needs and adds what your ERP was never designed to provide.
Three steps from your ERP to compliance coverage.
GovComply uses a combination of documented ERP APIs, database read views, and document upload to build a complete picture of your compliance obligations. The connection is scoped narrowly — only data with a direct compliance use is pulled.
Credentials and scoping
Your IT team provides read-only credentials scoped to the specific tables and views GovComply needs. We provide a precise scoping document listing what we access and why.
Initial data pull and mapping
GovComply pulls your contract records, maps them to FAR and DFARS clauses, and runs the initial compliance gap scan. Typically 24–72 hours from credential handoff to first compliance view.
Ongoing sync
GovComply syncs on a configurable schedule — daily by default. New contracts, PO lines, supplier changes, and cost structure updates are pulled automatically.

Works with the ERP you’re running.
Three integration tiers reflect the depth of connection available. All tiers deliver the full GovComply compliance layer.
— Native integration — automated via InforOS (LN/CSI) or M3 API Framework (M3)
— Configured integration — structured setup, then automated
— API / file import — full compliance functionality, manual or custom-automated
What IT teams ask.
Will this integration affect our ERP performance?
No. GovComply’s data pulls are scheduled during off-peak hours and are read-only queries against specific tables — not full database scans. The query load is comparable to a standard reporting job. Maintenance windows and blackout periods can be configured.
Does our ERP vendor need to be involved?
For native integrations (Infor LN, M3, CloudSuite Industrial), no. The connection uses standard documented APIs. For configured integrations, your implementation partner may be needed during setup to identify the correct database views — typically a few hours of their time.
How long does integration setup take?
For native integrations, the typical timeline from credential handoff to first compliance view is 24–72 hours. Configured integrations typically take one to two weeks depending on the complexity of the data environment. File import is available immediately while a native connection is being set up.
Our ERP isn’t on the list. Can GovComply still work for us?
Yes. The full GovComply compliance platform — all modules, AI Validator, Audit Package Generator — is available via structured file import or our REST API. Integration depth affects how much is automated at the data ingestion layer; it doesn’t gate any compliance functionality.
