Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of govcomply.com and the GovComply platform operated by Garrison Compliance Group LLC. By accessing or using GovComply, you agree to these terms. If you are using GovComply on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
The service
GovComply is a SaaS compliance management platform for defense manufacturers. It helps users track FAR and DFARS obligations, manage compliance documentation, and generate audit evidence packages. The platform is hosted on AWS GovCloud (US).
GovComply is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Its outputs should not be treated as legal opinions. Consult qualified legal counsel for specific regulatory interpretations.
Subscriptions and payment
GovComply is available on annual subscription tiers (Foundation at $8,000/month, Growth at $10,000/month, Prime at $12,000/month) as described on the Pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. Month-to-month subscriptions are available at a 15% premium.
Fees are due in advance. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods. If you upgrade tiers mid-term, we prorate the difference to your next renewal date.
Your data
You retain ownership of all compliance data, documents, and records you upload to or connect to the GovComply platform. We process your data to provide the services you’ve subscribed to, as described in our Privacy Policy.
We do not use your compliance data to train AI models. We do not share your data with third parties except as required to operate the platform (AWS infrastructure services) or as required by law.
On termination of your subscription, we retain your data for 90 days during which you may export it. After 90 days, your data is permanently deleted from our systems. Audit logs are retained for 7 years.
Acceptable use
You may use GovComply only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the platform to process data you do not have authorization to process, attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent platform security, share account credentials outside your organization, or resell access to the platform without a signed partner agreement.
Availability and support
We target 99.9% platform availability measured monthly, excluding scheduled maintenance windows communicated at least 48 hours in advance. Support is provided by email to support@govcomply.com. We respond to all support inquiries within one business day. Priority support is included in the Prime tier.
Limitation of liability
GovComply is provided as-is. Garrison Compliance Group LLC’s liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the platform in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
The platform assists with compliance documentation and tracking. Garrison Compliance Group LLC is not responsible for audit findings, contract actions, or regulatory outcomes. Final responsibility for regulatory compliance rests with your organization.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Garrison Compliance Group LLC is incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active customers by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
